What is included in a Zcooly subscription?

With a Zcooly subscription, you and your kids get access to Zcooly’s world of learning. The kids can explore the island of Sasmandu while they practice their math skills. The game helps kids develop their skills within addition, subtraction, division, fractions and much more. You as a parent get access to feedback on your kids’ progress every other week and educational tips every week to your inbox.

How do I sign up to play Zcooly?

It’s easy! Go to login.zcooly.com/register/parent and enter your details. You’ll automatically get a free 14 day trial!

I have a campaign code - how do I use it?

To use a campaign code, go to https://login.zcooly.com/register/parent/?campaign and enter your campaign code. Complete the registration process to create an account and get started with Zcooly.

What does Zcooly cost?

A Zcooly subscription is available from $11.99. When you sign up here, you can try it for free for two weeks!

How do I cancel my Zcooly subscription?

Visit https://login.zcooly.com in your web browser and log in.
Then go to “My account” and then “Subscription”. To cancel your subscription go to the “Pause or cancel subscription” button.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Visit https://login.zcooly.com and click “Forgot password?”. Enter the email address you use to log in to Zcooly.  We’ll then send an email to you so you can reset your password.

How do I add children in my account?

You need a Zcooly account to add an additional child.
If you started an Apple subscription before March 2019, contact us and we will help you to get a Zcooly account.

If you have a Zcooly Big account you simply log in using your web browser at https://login.zcooly.com. If you have a Zcooly Small account, you need to upgrade your subscription to Zcooly Big.
When you are logged in, go to “My account” and click the green plus button with the text “Add child” at the bottom of the page. Enter the name of the child in the box above and click “Save”.

How does Zcooly use my personal information?

We care about your privacy. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) became enforceable on May 25th 2018 and it is important to us that you feel safe using our services. We encourage you to take the time to read through our privacy policy here.

On which devices can I play Zcooly?

You can play our games on iOS and Android devices, or in any major web browser on your computer.

Changing the language

If you want to change the language in the game, go to the Book and click on the cogwheel and tap the Swedish flag for Swedish and the British Flag for English. Those are the two languages that are available right now.

How do I choose which sounds I want in the game?

In the game, go to the Book, click the cogwheel and under “Sound” you’ll have three choices to toggle on and off: Sound effects, Music, Speech. You’re free to tailor your soundscape!

How do I change the graphics settings?

Go to the Book, click the cogwheel and go to Select graphics level. Here you can choose to set the level to low, medium or high. If you have an older device, it might be a good idea to set the graphics settings to a lower level.

How do I create an Apple subscription for the Zcooly games?

Download and install Zcooly app from the AppStore.

When you start the app the first time, create an account and after you accept the terms in AppStore, your subscription is activated.

Apple subscriptions are available from $9.99.

How can I see whether I have an Apple Subscription or not?

Go to Settings on your device. Click on your name and go to subscriptions. If you see an active Zcooly subscription there, you have an Apple Subscription.

How do I cancel an Apple Subscription?

In your iPhone or iPad where you first got your Apple subscription:

• Go to Settings > [your name].
• Go to Subscriptions.
• Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
• Tap Cancel Subscription to end your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you still can’t manage to cancel your subscription we recommend that you go to the Apple support page.

IMPORTANT: Zcooly neither can or is allowed to cancel your Apple-subscription, since subscription agreement was made between you, the user, and Apple, the service provider.

Can I use a campaign code with an Apple Subscription?

Unfortunately, you cannot use a campaign code when you sign up with an Apple Subscription. To use a campaign code, sign up here: https://login.zcooly.com/register/parent/?campaign

I have an Apple subscription. How can I play Zcooly games on another iOS device than the one I got the subscription on?

On your other device, install the Zcooly app.
When you start the installed app on your other device, click “I already have a login” and then you click “Apple subscription”.

Now you need to login to your Apple Account and when this is done, you are logged in and your subscription is active on the new device. Now you can install and play all other games from Zcooly without the need to login to them.

• Pick up the device you want to use
• Install the Zcooly app
• When you start the Zcooly app, choose “I already have an account” and then choose the “apple subscription” option.
• You can now log in with your Apple account and when you are done your subscription is valid on your other device.
